The service

Estate AI lists residential properties in Gurgaon and connects buyers and tenants with sellers and agents. We are a marketplace: we are not a party to any sale, purchase or tenancy concluded between users.

Listings

• Sellers must have the legal right to market the property they post.
• Listings are moderated before publication and may be rejected or removed.
• Details such as area, price and RERA status are provided by sellers; verify them independently before transacting. RERA registrations can be checked on the Haryana RERA portal.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password confidential. Accounts used for fraud, spam, misleading listings or abuse may be suspended or banned.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, post content you have no right to publish, misrepresent a property, or attempt to bypass moderation or security controls.

Liability

We provide the marketplace "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of buyers or sellers or for the accuracy of listing content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law
