Who we are

Estate AI is a property marketplace for Gurgaon builder floors, operated with Floors & Floors as the listing agency. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

What we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email, phone and password (stored hashed).
• Enquiries and visit requests: the message, property and contact details you submit.
• Listings you post: property details, photos and your public seller profile.
• Usage basics: pages viewed and device type, used to keep the service fast and secure.

How we use it

• To connect buyers with sellers — that is the service.
• To operate your account, listings, leads and appointments.
• To prevent fraud and moderate listings before publication.
• To contact you about your enquiries. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

When you enquire about a property, your name, contact details and message are shared with that listing's seller or agent — that is the purpose of an enquiry. We share data with no one else except service providers that host our infrastructure, and where the law requires it.

Retention & security

Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes; sessions use short-lived tokens that are revoked on password change. Accounts and their data are deleted on verified request.
